Hello, I'm Amruta Mhatre, a proud Mumbaichi Marathi Mulgi with over 10 years of experience as a Visual Designer, UX Designer, and UX Researcher. I am deeply passionate about my Agri Koli heritage, which reflects in my love for traditional non-vegetarian cuisine. Being from the Konkani region of Maharashtra, I also take pride in our rich vegetarian culinary traditions. Every spice I use is handmade, ensuring that the authentic taste of our culture shines through in every dish.
